Residential lease to a company  


I own a residential unit that has always been rented to individuals. A prospective tenant is requesting lease drafted in her employer company's name as the company will be paying the rent.

Having never rented my unit to a company, I'm not sure how to approach this. I certainly don't want the company to use the place for any non-residential purposes.

What protective clauses should I include in the lease?

Use Clause/Exclusive Uses/Prohibited Uses - this is the heading you want to use and then you must state specifically what you are willing to allow and prohibit.
