Colorado Eviction Notice
If this Colorado annual rental agreement is violated by the tenant’s failure to pay rent, neglect, or other action, the following Colorado 10 Day Notice to Cure or Quit may be used to demand the tenant fix the violation or move within 10 days. Otherwise, a forcible entry and detainer action can be filed with the county court to evict.
