Printed (Physical) Products
Printed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unmarked, and in original condition.
- Items that have been filled out, copied, scanned, or otherwise used are not eligible for return.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- If an incorrect or defective item is received, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
- Returns must be requested and approved before any item is sent back.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Digital Download Products
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
- If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, we will provide replacement access or a corrected file.
- Requests for digital access assistance must be made within 30 days of purchase.
