Purchases, Downloads, and Refunds
All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated. Once a digital product is downloaded, accessed, or made available to the purchaser, it may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Printed and mailed products, including but not limited to printed rental forms, lease agreements, notices, and document kits, are informational materials and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of a material printing defect or production error attributable solely to AmerUSA Corporation.
If a printed order is received with a material printing defect, production error, or incorrect item shipped by us, our sole obligation, at our discretion, will be to provide a replacement copy or exchange for the correct item. Refunds are not issued for printed products.
AmericanLandlord.com reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel or refuse orders, revoke access to digital products, or discontinue products at any time.
Digital products are provided via time-limited download access. All digital downloads must be accessed and saved within thirty (30) days of purchase. After this period, download links may expire without notice. AmericanLandlord.com does not guarantee continued access to digital files beyond the download window and is not responsible for lost, deleted, or inaccessible files once the download period has ended.
If you received an incorrect item or a printed product with a material production defect, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.
