The Colorado Revised Statutes Title 38, Article 12, Section 207 limits the amount of security a mobile home park owner or landlord may collect from a resident:
One or Two Month’s Rent
The owner of a mobile home park or his agents may charge a security deposit not greater than the amount of one month’s rent or two month’s rent for multiwide units.
