This rental form is intended for the sole purpose of formalizing a landlord’s consent for a person (sublessee) to take over the existing tenancy of another person (sublessor). This document is not that actual sublease agreement between the sublessee and subleessor; a separate document is required to layout the terms of the assumable tenancy.
