A Hawaii 10 Day Notice to Cure or Quit is used to notify a tenant of a tenancy violation other than unpaid rent. This notice identifies the alleged noncompliance and provides the tenant with a specified period of time—no less than ten days—to correct the issue or surrender possession of the rental unit. If the tenant does not take action, the landlord may pursue a summary proceeding for possession as allowed by statute.
