Have someone assume an existing tenancy using an Indiana Residential Sublease Agreement and live out the remaining term. This rental contract must be approved by the landlord of the master lease agreement and does not relieve the original tenant of their responsibility in case the new tenant fails to pay rent or violates their subtenancy.
