Kansas landlords and tenants willing to permit a subtenancy, may use this KS Sublease Agreement to formalize the arrangement between the original tenant and subtenant. This is a simple three page rental contract that references the original master lease agreement and requires the signature of all parties including the landlord. Any required disclosures such as lead paint would also need to be given to the subtenant.
