This Arizona sublease agreement is intended for residential property only. It allows a tenant to re-rent their property to someone else until the end of their pre-existing lease term. In order for this document to be enforceable, the landlord must consent to its use by signing the bottom of it. There is also a separate and more robust form that may be used to obtain a landlord’s approval, see Landlord Consent Form for Sublease.
Learn about the Arizona laws that govern residential rental agreements, see Title 33, Chapter 10 (Residential Landlord and Tenant Act).
